We love a good meet up to grow our connections. We do this at meet ups in Bishop's Stortford and Saffron Walden. We’re not about stuffy networking, forced referrals or ‘lock outs’. We firmly believe in community OVER competition. Every woman is welcome at our events.

We believe we’re stronger together and so collaborating is a key pillar of Thrive. We've seen so many amazing collaborations as a result of our meet ups! Become a regular Thriver and be added to our free Member Directory and showcase your business to everyone who attends our meetings.

Each of our meetups includes a fab guest speaker sharing their wisdom and knowledge to help you thrive in your business. From social media to email marketing and from being more visible to generating more leads and sales, we've got you covered. Oh, and there's regular workshops too!

Come every month or join us whenever you can – it’s totally up to you!
That being said, we pride ourselves in the intimacy and magic that comes from a smaller group, so even though we’re pay-as-you-go, spaces per meetup are limited so that we can maintain that special close-knit feel.
So be sure to book your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

Here at Thrive, we firmly believe in collaboration OVER competition. In fact, some of the best collaborations we’ve seen have come about as a result of two or more of our Thrivers being in similar industries.
Which is why at our meetups, you won’t find any lockouts.
We’re all about the growth mindset, so don’t worry if there’s someone who does something similar to you – who knows who you could collaborate with, bounce ideas around with or pass work on to!

Are your networking events online or in person?
Both! We understand the need for flexibility in business. Whilst we love networking in-person, we know the benefits and how helpful it can be to meet online. So we blend the both. Our in-person meetups take place in Bishop’s Stortford and Saffron Walden and we meet monthly online too.
Do I have to become a member?
No! It’s our mission to make the amazingness that is Thrive available to as many women in business as possible, and so, unlike most network groups, our events are pay-as-you-go. Come every month or whenever you can make it – it’s up to you!

How much does each meetup cost?
Tickets to attend each event are £20 and include your first hot (or cold!) drink. We also offer a loyalty scheme…attend 5 meetups, get your 6th for free… attend 10 meetups and your 11th is on the house! Find out more about how this works when you come to one of our events.
We also run regular seasonal special offers, refer a friend discounts, and if you’re a member of our Facebook group, competitions to attend our meetups for free!
What if there is someone in the group who does something similar to me?
At Thrive, we embrace community OVER competition so you won’t find any lockouts. Who knows who you could collaborate with, bounce ideas around with or pass work on to. We’re all about the growth mindset so don’t worry if there’s someone else who does something similar to you. No-one can be you!
I don't have a business. I work elsewhere. Can I come?
Absolutely. It’s important that Thrive is the go-to networking and community group for women in and around Bishop’s Stortford and Saffron Walden. The challenges we face are often the same – however and wherever you work. Whether it’s for yourself or part of a much larger organisation. Having been part of both, I can confidently say I wished I’d had a Thrive network when I was full time in bigger businesses.
Are drinks included at the in-person meet ups?
Yes! Your ticket includes your first hot or cold drink. Additional top-ups can be purchased.
Where are your events held?
We meet monthly at Zafferano Lounge, Saffron Walden and the Little Arts Workshop, Bishop’s Stortford. All meetups are pay-as-you-go, so come as often as you like – we’d love to see you!

A welcome from Sam, Jo & Sarah
We’re so glad you’ve found your way here. Thrive Collective started with a simple idea – that building a business shouldn’t feel lonely, overwhelming or like you have to turn into someone you’re not just to be “successful”.
Between the three of us, we’ve been there – juggling all the hats, riding the highs and lows, and trying to grow something meaningful while also staying sane. And we realised what made the biggest difference wasn’t a magic strategy or a slick sales funnel… it was community.
Thrive is built on real connection, genuine support, and that “you’ve got this” energy you can only get from other women who actually get it. No competition, no judgement – just a collective of women lifting each other up, swapping ideas, and growing businesses in a way that feels good (yes, the nice kind of good!).
